- Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:
- We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from Wild Energy within [ 45 ] days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org / (833) 422-6300 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. Any unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional processing fees.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the return process, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.
- Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within twenty days (20) once the returned product is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
- Exchanges for a different product or size are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead.
- Defective or Damaged Products:
- Please reject any shipment that appears to be damaged by the shipper / carrier and have it returned to Wild Energy.
- If the received product is defective or damaged, customers must contact our customer support team within [ 2 ] days of delivery with pictures of the damage caused during the delivery.
- A replacement product will be provided for defective or damaged items at no additional cost to the customer.
- Restocking Fees:
- A minimum restocking fee of 20% of the product's purchase price may be applied to certain returns, at the discretion of Wild Energy.
- Restocking fees are applicable to all returned products assuming they are in their original condition, have not been used and have no missing parts.
- Products that are not in their original containers, have been used or have missing parts, will be assessed additional restocking fees at the discretion of Wild Energy.
- If the product is used, damaged or deemed unsellable, Wild Energy has the discretion to not accept the return and will not give a refund.
- Exceptions and Discretion:
- Wild Energy reserves the right to make exceptions to this return policy on a case-by-case basis, at its discretion.
- In the event of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity related to returns, Wild Energy may refuse returns and take appropriate actions.
- Policy Updates:
- Wild Energy may update this return policy from time to time. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
